ArtsLehigh's Faculty/Staff Creative Course Connections Mini-Grants Program 

ArtsLehigh’s Faculty/Staff Creative Course Connections mini-grants, provide limited funding to support faculty/staff initiatives incorporating arts-based learning in the pedagogy or curriculum of any undergraduate course at Lehigh University. Students often have their “most meaningful arts experience” at Lehigh when a professor takes their class to see a performance, visit an exhibition, or tour a historically significant place. Faculty and instructional staff play a vital role in guiding students, including their developing sense of values and their personal relationship to the arts. Read more...

ArtsLehigh's Student Arts/Creativity Mini-Grants Program 

ArtsLehigh’s Student Arts/Creativity mini-grants, provide limited funding to support student initiatives in the arts and arts-related creative projects. Student groups are encouraged to apply for mini-grants to support projects such as juried art exhibitions, theatrical productions, performances, site specific art, workshops, etc. Individual students may also apply for mini-grants provided they show the sponsorship of a faculty mentor, departmental/program advisor or official student group. Projects should have a significant impact on campus life beyond the membership of the group or individual applying for the mini-grant. Read more...

Dwana Smallwood - Principal dancer with Alvin Ailey from 1995-2007 will be  performing as part of Lehigh University's celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s birthday. Smallwood has performed on the Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America and was featured in the PBS special, Beyond the Steps. Smallwood will be holding a dance workshop for students, faculty, and staff on a limited first-come, first-serve basis at the Northampton Community College Fowler Family Southside Center.
